Social Care Co-ordinators

Our Social Care Co-ordinators work alongside our Social Workers and Occupational Therapists to provide a highly tailored and user-focused service to residents who need our support.

This is a role that enables you to make a hands-on difference to people’s quality of life. The ability to build great relationships with clients is at the heart of what we do. It’s incredibly rewarding work.

Our team come from a variety of backgrounds – many have worked in care or support roles before. For others this is an ideal stepping stone towards undertaking further qualifications, such as our Social Work or Occupational Therapy apprenticeships – presenting the opportunity to develop practical, on the job skills and to earn while you learn. Colleagues tell us that they really value the flexibility that the roles can offer, enabling them to manage their work / life balance effectively. Part-time opportunities, flexible hours, and in some cases hybrid working, all contribute to a vibrant and dynamic working culture, where people feel supported to give their best.

The Social Care Co-ordinator role will suit someone who is passionate about delivering great care and support to support people’s health and wellbeing. And this commitment should be backed up by a highly organised approach. It can be challenging and complex work, but you will have the support of managers and your wider team. There’s a brilliant sense of team spirit and shared commitment to doing a great job. You’ll never feel like you have to tackle an issue alone.
